ASHELY KUBACHKA, CMT
Massage Therapist
Ashley’s fascination with the muscular system motivated her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University, which then inspired her to put her knowledge into practice as a massage therapist. She uses a variety of tools learned from the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork in her practice, such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. She understands that each body has its own unique story; so through intuition, purposeful strokes, and open communication, she is able to customize each session to provide the work and attention that is needed.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys watching movies, visiting wineries in Napa, and curling up on the couch with a good book and her cat in her lap.
