Her fascination with the musculoskeletal system has inspired her to become a Massage Therapist. She is always present with her clients, intuitively listening to what their body needs and developing specialized treatment plans that best fit. She enjoys learning the engineering of the human body to be able to help heal people with their injuries and traumas and most importantly, to help people live their life and play. She’s a strong activist for preventative care to sustain a good quality of life. At her spare time she enjoys being outdoors hiking, taking road trips, training and running half marathons, yoga and cooking! Her interest is to live a healthy and active lifestyle!

Massage Therapist

Ashley’s fascination with the muscular system motivated her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University, which then inspired her to put her knowledge into practice as a massage therapist. She uses a variety of tools learned from the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork in her practice, such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. She understands that each body has its own unique story; so through intuition, purposeful strokes, and open communication, she is able to customize each session to provide the work and attention that is needed.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys watching movies, visiting wineries in Napa, and curling up on the couch with a good book and her cat in her lap.
